With an impressive 52-year tenure in the APM industry, Ted is one of the most experienced Operations & Maintenance experts at Lea+Elliott. He was the Principal-in-Charge of the Procurement Guide, leading team efforts in revising and updating procurement documents, such as the Technical Provisions, Special Provisions, and others. Prior to joining Lea+Elliott, Ted served as the first operations manager for the West Virginia University Morgantown Personal Rapid Transit System, one of the first and most complex systems ever installed. At the Vancouver SkyTrain, he led in the establishment of the Operations and Maintenance Group and at the Detroit People Mover, he was the Director of Operations and Maintenance.
