Guadalupe is the Chair of ASCE’s APM Standards Committee. He leads a Committee of APM industry experts who are committed to maintaining and revising the APM Standard, ASCE 21, as may be required due to the evolution of the APM industry.
He is one of our vehicle experts who has led several APM condition assessments of existing APM Systems for which he assesses and inspects the condition of the vehicles and determines the work and costs required to extend the life of the vehicles. He also has over 25 years of experience in the managing the planning, procurement, contract oversight, design, testing and commissioning of APM systems in the U.S. and around the world.
