With over 40 years of experience in the transit industry, Paul provides invaluable engineering and project management expertise, especially in new and rehabilitated transit vehicles. His experience includes assessing vehicle condition, overseeing design and manufacturing and testing, cost estimating, design reviews, and oversight of management and manufacturing processes. Paul has spearheaded large, complex capital programs for renowned transit authorities such as the Federal Transit Administration, the New York MTA, Amtrak, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

- Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? I smoke meat over hardwood (Brisket, pork shoulder, turkey, salmon) and make my own rubs and sauces. I also brew my own beer.
