Gregory has over 30 years of experience in managing, planning, procuring, and implementing automated transit systems throughout the United States and abroad. Gregory is one of Lea+Elliott’s power systems experts who specializes in electrical systems, including traction power distribution systems and is well versed in the evaluation of new and existing transit system electrification and power distribution systems. Gregory is also one of Lea+Elliott’s APM Operations & Maintenance (O&M) experts and has over 15 years of experience in APM O&M oversight management for our clients. Gregory began his tenure as an intern while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Gregory leads the firm’s work on the APM systems at Orlando International Airport.

- Who is someone you admire, and why? – I have a deep admiration for one of the founders of Lea+Elliott, Dennis Elliott. For many years, I observed how he treated and inspired people and how he established the corporate culture that Lea+Elliott carries on today.
- Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about? – I have been blessed with a deep love for helping others. For many years I have tutored and mentored students in my church to help them improve their overall academic status at their educational institution.
- What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working? – Family is the most important thing in life. So, spending time outside of work with my family is amazing.
