Work assignments will include transportation projects throughout the eastern United States. Prior experience in transit signal, communication, propulsion and/or power distribution systems is a plus as is Professional Engineering certification or ability to obtain same. Work assignments will also nclude technical/design review, condition/failure assessment, implementation program oversight and field visits. Lea+Elliott works with owners on the planning, design, procurement, implementation and operation and maintenance of rail, bus and automatic transit systems.

Lea+Elliott, Inc. is looking for an electrical engineer with 7+ years of experience to be based in Phoenix. Prior experience in transit communication, propulsion and power distribution systems is required. Professional Engineering certification or ability to obtain the same is desirable. Work assignments will include technical/design review, implementation program oversight and field visits. The initial work assignment will be for a project located in the Phoenix area. Lea+Elliott works with owners on the planning, design, procurement, implementation and operation and maintenance of rail, bus and automated transit systems.
